1. a more relaxed way to say "Oh yes!".

2. the catchphrase the the Kool Aid Man says when he breaks thru a wall.

3. a hit by the legendary band Roxy Music that came out in the early 80s. The chorus refers to a song playing on a car radio that has the "rhythm of rhyming guitars" - yet ironically the Roxy Music hit song itself is more dominated by synthesizers. The song mentioned in the chorus (the one playing on the radio) is titled "Oh Yeah".

4. a 1986 New Wave hit from the movie "Ferris Beuler's Day Off". It's by the band Yello.

hellz yeah

An intentional perversion of hells yeah, which implies positive confirmation with gusto and emphasis. Primarily used by those trying to be emotive and "cool" without the bother of leaving their computers.

"Yo {sic}, did u {sic} leave ur {sic} guild in World off {sic} warcraft yt {sic}?"
"Hellz yeah!"
"Werd {sic} d00d {sic}. Were {sic} mad kewl {sic}."

Exclamation used during sex, typically uttered by a bottom guy while he is getting fucked (on his back for instance) whilst looking at the top guy as a way of expressing appreciation and encouragement.
May also be used by the top addressing the bottom as a reciprocal expression of appreciation and encouragement.
Also any expression of appreciation, encouragement, and agreement, i.e. sexually.
More typically gay than straight.
