When one has a terrible accident in their pants in the middle of the night while sleeping due to an upset stomach. Typically it is messy, smelly, and you were unaware that it happened. You wake up with a mess of smearyness in your pants.
Dude! I woke up this morning and didn't feel good at all. Then I realized I had had a Midnight Mocha Blast in my pants. It was so gross!

May refer to the episode of the tv show The Office of the same name or the song by the band Neck Deep. In the case of The Office, it refers to a movie one of the main characters writes. In the Neck Deep song it is believed to reference that episode of The Office but is also belived to describe and urgent situation, in the song's case one involving a relationship or love.

Sheila was lucky to find a small bookshelf for her new apartment at the midnight garage sale.

A Midnight Bun Run is a trip in the middle of the night one would make to a location to join another in sexual activity.
Mark-"How was last night?"
Joey-"Dude it was awesome, I went on a midnight bun run to Sheila's house!"
