Phat is a term that describes something that is even fatter than the standard size of fat. Things that are considered "Phat" contain more potent of the fatness than your everyday "fat". Although Phat is not a proper noun it is almost always capitalized to show the importance of the thing that has the honor of being called Phat. Phat is considered a slur in 23 countries and 6 states.
