(v.) To take a shit without ever coming in contact with the toilet seat by standing with one's knees bent at approximately a 90 degree angle whilst one's ass remains parallel to the bowl (hovering over it).
Derived from the aviation world where a helicopter would pick up off the ground and settle back down. After which the plane captain of said helicopter would check pannels to make sure nothing came loose.
After seeing that the bar's toilet seat was covered in pubes, puke, and piss, Bobby decided that a "hover check" was the way to go.
"Sure i may have sprayed liquid feces on the seat during my hover check, but that damn thing needed cleaning anyway."

A term used to describe how shows/movies make sure to have a variety of characters in their cast, often at the expense of realism. The list of boxes that need to be checked off normally includes people of different races, religions, sexual orientation, etc that are made sure to be included in hopes of reaching a broader audience. This tendency is normally used to appeal to the left by including gays, people of color, and other minorities so as not to appear biased towards straight whites, which dominated media culture in previous decades. However it's not uncommon to appeal to the right as well by including characters that are more conservative, white, and more adherent to the previous standards. The point being that all of the boxes need to be checked in order for a modern show to be aired, often resulting in a hilarious lineup/combination of characters that would normally not be seen together in real life.
"Have you seen that new TV show on Fox?" Sam asked Jenny.
"Ugh, no way, to much box checking. We're just expected to believe that a white redneck and a black rap star are best friends living with a gay Chinese couple in the middle of Salt Lake City?" Jenny replied.

A quick, yet violent stomp delivered to the chest or face of a person who finds themself on the recieving end of a take down; To toss someone to the ground and then deliver a hefty blow via your foot to their face, usually to render unconscious or very, very messy.

the measure to which a skirt is judged to be too short. you have a thumbs up and measure the bottom of the skirt against your wrist. if the thumb gets wet (touches poon) the skirt is too short.
man check out the skirts of those ladies. they would totally fail a thumb check.
