When a person makes a reference to something they think is hilarious without knowing why it's funny (such as memes like Doge and pepe). It takes no effort to entertain that person like jingling keys in front of a baby. A counter meme.

High-Key
If we say a painting is "high-key" we mean that most or all of the image is light or pale in value. For example, colours mixed with white, called "pastels" or "tints", are high-key. It's the opposite of "low-key", of course.

Manipulating the keyboard's numerals to write sentences in a wierd hard to read kind of way. Used mainly by computer nerds and losers with too much time on their hands.
