n. (also stoop sider) Refers to the people who tend to reside on people's stoop or front steps. A group of friends who find it interesting and confortable to sit on peoples' steps. These people are generally in groups or 4 or more. Most often found in the outskirts of the city, hence the word "sider."
I found some of them step siders around my house the other day.

The Donkey Step is a rare but unique dance style. This is only used by the slickest male cats in the club. When the time is right and such a pimp has the spotlight on him, he will begin to tap his right foot and from there on he will prance around in circles jerking his body around like a donkey galloping.
