The term *gets coat* is a phrase used usually after a joke that has failed, or one that is terrible/in bad taste. Usually found on forums and internet message boards.
On other occasions, those with extended wit can often be found using such alterations as *doesn't have a coat*.
It's origins could be traced back to a series of sketches in the Fast Show, which ended with Mark Williams saying "I'll get me coat" after saying something which made him look like an idiot.
An example of this is as follows:
Person 1: I've just been on a boat.
Person 2: Did you have a whale of a time?
Person 3: *gets coat*
*gets coat* may also be found spoken by Person 2 at the bottom of their post, if they realise the appalling nature of their joke before posting.

The term expresses an exceptionally good performance by someone
The term is used in such a way that if the person (who the term is being directed to) actually is getting paid for whatever s/he is doing, then merely saying the term (and technically expressing the obvious) actually means to express that that person is going above and beyond the job requirements and should be getting paid a lot (maybe more than s/he is getting paid).
If money is not already involved then it just expresses that the person is doing such a good job that it's like s/he is getting paid and still going above and beyond the requirements.
Example 1:
(Childris works as a cashier in a grocery store making an hourly wage of 7.50$)
Childris: Hey, did you see me yesterday? I scanned through 227 items and had all of them bagged within 5 minutes
Fellow Cashier: Hell yeah I did, you were getting paid!
Example 2:
Person 1: I've been training to play basketball all summer, so I challeneged my younger brother 1 on 1 and he beat me 15 to 2
Person 2: Wow, your brother is gettin' paid!

A feeling that is greater than sex. If you get Krieged during sex you have reached the ultimate level of satisfaction for the rest of your life that you will never have to have sex again.
Female 1: I have such great sex
Female 2: You havent had great sex unless you get krieged
Female 1: You need to have sex again.
Female 2: I haven't had sex for 34 years, thats what getting krieged will do to you.
Dude 1: My girlfriend cheated on me and got krieged so now she never wants to have sex, so I got krieged and we're both the same!
