A word that white people excluding Brazilians or Mexicans are not allowed to use unless given explicit permission by a black person. Please note that black people can also hand out nigger passes (aka the n word pass) to white people. The amount of times you can use the n word is determined by the black person you get it from, the number can range from any number above one. Using more than what the pass says is racist and once you commit racist acts such as this any black person in a 21 mile radius are legally allowed to sexually harass you under all circumstances.

A person of such unpleasant character that one feels only the utmost contempt for said person; a person who finds another to fit this definition will usually go out of their way to avoid contact of any kind with them solely based on their (Nigger's) unpalatable presence. Contempt is unassociated to the skin-color, religion, sexual orientation, height, weight, political views, hygiene, attractiveness, ugliness, intelligence, or relative state of wealth or poverty.
