A subversion of the Midas touch, where instead of whatever the king, or in this context, company, Touches, Or acquires, turns to shit rather than gold. The term is based on Microsoft's constant acquisitions of companies that almost immediately get liquidated or produce nothing but garbage afterward.
A good example of this is Rareware, a gold standard for games on the Nintendo64, and even earlier for the SNES. Being notorious for producing a large amount of critically acclaimed games. Until Microsoft acquired them in 2002, where they essentially were a dead company afterward.
This same loop can be seen with various companies, platforms, and games bought out by them and other companies. Skype is another perfect example of this.

Touch bubble is when someone is standing, sitting, laying to close to you that it makes you uncomfortable.
Or so close to you and they smell bad, you can smell their bad breath and when you try to move away they get close to you again.
"Tim smells so bad. He was in my touch bubble all night at the party"
"Sally was in my touch bubble during class and I could smell her nasty breath"

Describes an individual who makes up outlandish lies for attention and/or clout. People inflicted with the Liar's Touch may deny all evidence discrediting their lies and will get angry when confronted. Symptoms include; vague statements, sobbing for sympathy during a general conversation, and bringing up their fake problems on a daily basis.
If you or a loved one has been diagnosed with the Liar's Touch, you may be entitled to compensation.
