Exaggerating the amount or quantity of something by using a completely random number. Can be referred to as RNE.
1. Ted: (Talking to his buddy, Greg, about a large meeting he just had) "The were like 287 people in that meeting."
Greg: "What a random-number exaggeration."
2. Jim: (Walking out of a chinese buffet and talking to his friend, Jim) "I swear there were about 324 black people eating there."
John: "Pretty large RNE, but damn it was packed with them."

someone (usually girls aged mid-teens) who get excited over the slightest thing, get placebo-drunk, talk at you not to you, overuse the words: 'random', 'totally', and 'oh my god'. These people usually travel in packs of about 5-10, wearing almost identical clothing to each other. If for some warped reason you wish to seek these people out, just follow the sounds of high pitched over-excited screams.
"Hey, you wanna come to a field party"
"No ta, there'll be too many ra ra randoms, i'm off to the pub"

Voted Most Random is a band that came together on the University of Quinnapiac's campus in Hamden, CT and NOT in Waterbury, CT. They have a similar sound to bands like All Time Low and Blink-182 who were inspirations to them and they did not at al what so ever rip those bands off. The band consists of 5 AMAZING members. The members are: singer Ian, guitarist Scott, rhythm guitarist Bennett, bassist Joe, and drummer Sal who are all very different from one another. This band has won 2 battles of the bands to play with numerous other awesome bands at Warped 2010 and the more recent Glamour Kills holiday show. Voted Most Random recently released 2 singles onto iTunes called "Can't Stand Still" and "Dirty Games". Both are phenomenal so everyone should go check out the band!
Did you see Voted Most Random at The Space last night? They Rocked!!" "Yeah! I'm definitely going to see them sometime again soon!

A bullshit method that's being used in more and more games that are out today. Rather than, gasp, having the bullets go where the crosshair is, game developers somehow think it's better that the bullets follow a completely random pattern around the crosshair instead of INSIDE the crosshair. Since the bullets don't actually go where there supposed to, it means that most firefights you get into mean zero skill, all luck. You might think shooting in small bursts that it would defeat this, but it actually ensues your death much quicker over a sprayer. Moving actually multiplies the deviation tenfold, making it near impossible to squeeze an accurate shot unless you're playing as a sniper.
Games that have random bullet deviation:
1. Battlefield 2
2. Counter-Strike
3. Day of Defeat: Source
4. Rainbow Six 3
Guy1> -sneaks up behind an enemy using a Thompson then fires a half a clip into his back-
Guy2> -turns around and sprays his weapon, getting a kill-
Guy1> WTF?
Guy1> -places his ironsights right on an enemys head, fires-
Guy2> -snipes Guy1 with an SMG-
Guy1> youve got to be shitting me, I hit him in the fucking head! fucking random bullet deviation ruins everything.

A random scrandom mcdandom is similiar to a randy bk. Each word has it's own little meaning and forms togeher as an insult commonly in a video game. A random is usually a small adolescent child that is very random and possibly annoying at the same time. A scrandom is similar to a shmo or bk, meaning that they are not good at what they are doing. Finally, a mcdandom is most likely someone who eats too much fatty foods such as McDonalds. All together the word means to be an overweight, random, unskilled player in a video game.
Wow, this kid won't shut up about getting a happy meal from McDonalds and his voice is way too high; he didn't even get more kills than deaths... this kid must be a random scrandom mcdandom!
