When someone uses a camera to film or photograph another screen instead of transferring the image properly. E.g. using a phone to film the TV, or to take photos of photos displayed on another phone. Usually done by people without the knowledge of how to transfer files.

Although they might partake in regular "Redneck" past times (Hunting, Fishing, Drinking) they usually only dress passingly as Redneck with a mandatory Band T shirt, bandana, and cheap sunglasses. They don't have to be from the South, but almost always have an affinity for blue collar lifestyles and hard scrabble life.
