To pompously attempt to outdo someone in such a way that makes you look like a douche-bag.

When already told they could not drink from the crystal chalice, Matthew up-douche'd the situation by also pointing out that the chalice is from Tiffany & Co.

After taking a shot of vodka, Jason up-douched himself by stating that he usually only drinks black label whiskey.

Used to describe/question an unfavourable outcome. Similar in use to horseshit.

Commonly used in Australian conversation.

Similar but not the same as G'd up, Geed up

Example 1
Boss: "We haven't hit our profit targets for this quarter. Unfortunately I am left with two options. Either accept a pay cut or, you're fired!"
Employee: "Is this a G up?"

Example 2
"I have been waiting all day for my dildo to arrive in the mail and have just been told it will arrive in another 3 days. What a fuckin G up."

Jim it up

Theatrical term describing going overboard on decorating, designing, enthusiasm, etc. Usually associated with utilizing copious amounts of sequins, glitter or anything sparkly. Origination: Southwest Michigan CMW theatre group staff.
