Like “ connecting the dots” from the early 2000’s, a fact pattern emerges from disparate facts that add up to a picture previously unseen, or connected.
The information began to appear from various sources, presenting a new fact pattern to consider and evaluate.
Someone who is oversensitive to facts, especially when it does not conform to their current beliefs. It's usually a close-minded person too proud or stubborn to admit when they are wrong or when someone they admire is wrong. In debates it's commonly accompanied by talking over the other person or as loud as possible to stop the flow of facts.
As a religious man, Bob went against the overwhelming consensus of the scientific community by refuting evolution on national TV in spite of all the facts. Bob interrupted by quoting scripture as the scientist tried to explain radiometric dating. Bob must have fact allergy.
Similar to “on everything” used to exemplify you’re telling the truth
Him: “Bro you did not used to date her.”
Me: “On facts, I did!”
It’s equivalent to “Rule of thumb” and this phrase is only used as a new web language.
The food is cold by now cz you’re late. It’s a sad fact of thumb.
When one is corrected by a fact. Its the hip way of saying corrected. Or fact checked.
A word meaning that an article, or piece of information, has been verified by finding at least two different corroborating sources.
