The feeling in your head that comes when you take in smoke that immediately changes your state of mind. If you weren't high before the brain punch, you will be after. If you were high before the brain punch, afterwards you'll have turned into a temporary vegetable.
Right as the gravity bong's smoke entered my chest, I felt my brain crash into my skull. I immediately fell into the closet that was behind me and was asleep before i fully hit the floor. I got brain punched.

A mixture of Everclear and cheap gas-station punch and fruit bunch flavored gatorade and red bull. It is a leathal drink that will make wanna sleep but the large amount of sugar and red bull makes it impossible to blink let alone sleep. This believed to be what the spartans drank while in combat. It is potent enough to wake the dead, but tasteful enough to drink without chaser. (do not comsume this product while driving an automobile or operating machinery, it's also best not to have a any plans the following day after consumption do to grouchiness, headache, mental fatigue, waking up next to midgits and or losing car keys)

Misuse of explosive weapons in any video game by intentionally standing too close to the target when using and/or detonating said explosives. The resulting explosion is usually equally damaging to both the player and his or her target, but any player willing to take this risk generally doesn't mind the consequences.
