making a Japanese flag

A much classier way of saying "on the rag", making a Japanese flag is the process of taking a white sanitary napkin and putting a big red blot in the middle of it.

Jacob: Dude, what crawled up Linda's ass today?

Robert: She's making a Japanese flag.

Jacob: Ohhhhhhhhhhh....

Puerto Rican Flag

Did you know that the original design used a sky blue tone of the triangle in the Puerto Rican flag? But when the flag was adopted officially by the Commonwealth in 1952 it featured a dark blue very similar to that of the US flag. This fact has raised many issues whether to use a sky blue tone or a dark blue tone in the flag. Recently, with the celebration of the flag's 100 anniversary in 1995 the current administration displayed a flag with the original sky blue tone. Some historians concluded that the reason why a dark blue was used in the 1952 flag was related to the origins of the flag and its relationship with a revolutionary independence movement.

sew me a flag

When it is believed by one of the parties in a conversation or brainstorming that everyone has reached a consensus on a topic and therefore they all can move to the next phase. The hope is that everyone will say it eventually to indicate their personal commitment ('sew me') to the decisions that have been agreed to ('a flag'). It was purportedly first used in 1776 by George Washington to Betsy Ross to get that whole flag project going. Popularized again in 2011 by musical improv team Mansical with their performance 'Flag' at a New York improv festival (youtube - phrase is used at 2:12). It is most effective when used with the 'Betsy Ross' lead-in as shown in the example, but the generic version is more typically heard in business settings.

Flag Fuck Fest

An annual event in which five or more extremely offensive individuals with above average intelligence and below average judgement coalesce from different corners of the U.S. to engage in illicit activities. The event is not an official "Fest" until an individual or group of individuals has made an attempt to microwave an object larger than a microwave. If this attempt transpires within the first hour of the Flag Fuck Fest, it becomes a Flag Fuck-For-All, and all attendees must destroy the closest kitchen.

"Hey buddy, we should eat that microwave-sized object you've randomly been carrying around!"
"No, we can't, I have to save it for the Flag Fuck Fest. By the way, you don't have any drugs, do you?"

Japanese Flag Routine

AKA the "Cherry topped sundae", the Japanese flag routine involves a female partner forcing a male partner to lay on his back and jerk off until he cums hard enough to have the resulting ejaculate land on his face, at which point the female proceeds to squat above his head and glop a huge smear of period blood on top, creating, in effect, the appearance of a "cherry topped sundae" or Japanese flag.
This practice was first noted in Japan in the early 2000s, but has become increasingly popular throughout the world with the spread of similar male-oriented practices like the Cleavland Steamer, Donkey Punch, Blumpkin, and Chili Dog. In fact, women world wide seem to have come to the realization that there is an increasingly large need for sexual practices that are specifically degrading and humiliating for men, and that can be laughed about by women everywhere for decades to come.

When Holly had enough of Leroy's constant whining for blumpkins, she waited until her period was flowing at maximum throttle, and proceeded to give him the nastiest Japanese flag routine of his entire life.
