A term referring to Filipinos and tribes of Asia such as Mien, Hmong, Khmu, etc. The reason being is because they identify with no country and Filipinos can't agree whether they're Asian or Pacific Islander.

Sub-asians are basically Indians. India is a part of Asia, so a region in Asia. But because it is a subcontinent, it is resulting in the perplexity of others not knowing if people from India are considered Asian or not. This is where the word Sub-asian comes in, because Indians are from a subcontinent(duh) they are called Sub-asian -not entirely considered Asian but also not considered Caucasian.

Person 1: I'm pretty sure people from India are Asian. After all, India is a region of Asia
Person 2: No, India is a subcontinent, there's no way they're Asian
Person 3: Well, you're both right. India IS a part of Asia but they are ALSO a subcontinent. Thus, the result of them being Sub-asian

Literally, men from Asia. The term informally refers also to men of Asian ancestry regardless of nationality, in the manner of "White," "Black," and "Hispanic." Discussing "Asian men" per se can be a tangly endeavor because various issues relating to Asian peoples are slowly gaining awareness and inevitably will have some broad-range effect within society.
One issue is sex: there is an unmistakable discrepancy between customary perceptions of Asian women and men. Urban Dictionary exemplifies this. While its multiple definitions of "Asian women" praise Asian women's attractiveness in absolute terms, and even "Asian" itself has long meant "the race with the hottest girls," analogous descriptions of Asian men are conspicuously absent.
This discrepancy, alongside the glut of derogatory entries for "Asian penis" and its synonyms (q.v.), simply evinces society's pervasive distortion of Asian manhood (rank emasculation) and even of Asian womanhood (rank sexualization, an arguable but limited advantage). To add a definition of "Asian men" at all, then, is to begin lifting a veil of ignorance that more comfortably has hung over the face.
The truth is simple. If Asian women are beautiful and vital, then so are Asian men, simply because every group runs its full gamut. Thus, to dispense with clichΓ©d misconceptions of Asian men (among others) is to benefit the self immeasurably, for only with eyes cleared of dust and gunk can one access all there is to be seen.
Without Asian men and Asian women, there'd be no Asian men and Asian women.

Pi Delta Psi (Ξ ΞΞ¨, also known as PDPsi) is an Asian-American Cultural Interest Fraternity founded at Binghamton University on February 20, 1994. The mission of Pi Delta Psi is to break down cultural barriers by fostering individual growth in the areas of "Academic Achievement, Cultural Awareness, Righteousness, Friendship and Loyalty". Today this organization consists of over 1,200 members spanning 25 undergraduate chapters and 1 alumni chapter.
Pi Delta Psi and its member seek to bring about Asian-American unity by breaking down cultural barriers amongst Asian communities by upholding and/or instilling the Fraternities pillars: Academic Achievement, Cultural Awareness, Righteousness, and Friendship/Loyalty.
The mission of Pi Delta Psi Fraternity, Inc. is to maintain its Fraternal existence by instilling values that nurture and perpetuate the continual growth and development of the individual through Academic Achievement, Cultural Awareness, Righteousness, Friendship and Loyalty while fostering ethical behavior, leadership, and philanthropy.
Pi Delta Psi was founded on these principles to help promote Asian Awareness amongst ourselves and throughout the community.
