A 305 small block Chevrolet engine having a bore and stroke of 3.734x3.480 introduced in 1976 used in a varity of GM cars. Also used in pickup trucks under the name Vortec 5000.
The 305 small block was a durable engine.

Also known pejoratively as 'cowboys" by larger city and state law enforcement agencies because of their lawless, cowboy-like behavior that they wield with impunity -that behavior is mostly attributed to a lack of minorities and real criminal activity in their districts. A "small-town cop" is essentially a geeky, nerdy white guy that would ultimately have been just another loser nobody pays attention to had he not made the proper podunk political connections in order to secure the job that could easily be defined as the ultimate suburban power trip. The local yokels in their jurisdiction kiss their asses for political clout/favors because of the considerable power in the square mile or two they patrol. They believe "the job" makes them cool by default and serves as a way to get back at the cool kids in high school that picked on them. An insanely boring job that has them feeling inferior to larger, well-known, reputable, and busy jobs. Their days consist of, extorting freebies from local businesses, siting in their patrol car spouting their job's feigned importance on Facebook, texting/driving by the houses of local wives and girlfriends of local male residents that assume he is their 'friend' in hopes of getting laid because of their uniform while their wives are clueless.. Nights are spent sitting down the block from local bars waiting for people to leave so they can get an easy DWI arrest and attempt to give their BS job some delusional sense of purpose.
Small-town cops are the biggest jerk-offs you'll ever want to meet...and they're all losers.

When a man goes out of his way to assert his superiority by trash talking anyone sees as a threat. Typically, everyone is seen as a threat to this weak minded, insecure, pathetic person. One can only draw the conclusion that the insecurity comes from having a teeny tiny dick.
Most likely has no idea that everyone around him sees him as a joke, believes nothing he says, and couldn’t care less about his opinion.
Wow, he really needs to tone down that small dick energy before someone hurts his feelings.

The desire to frequently masturbate will increase with small dick syndrome as there is almost zero chance of sexual experience. If there is a first it will be the last as word will spread rapidly

when someone is selected for something of importance or great honor from their family name or possibly religious based names.
John Smith was the best baseball player to ever play for his high school. John is now graduated and his little brother Matt Smith is a freshman, but he isn't close to being as good as John, but he was still selected to be on varsity even though Tim Johnson, a sophomore, is better than Matt. Matt Smith made varsity because of "small town politics" and Tim Johnson didn't make the team because of "small town politics."
