an eshay is an australian lad who usually has a middle part with a bucket hat or cap. typically they will wear nike tns or airmax with baggy shorts and striped t shirts (usually tommy hilfiger or polo). they meet up at train stations, skateparks, maccas or shopping malls to vape or smoke pot. occasionally they will go out to the city at night to take lsd with the boys and find some drunk girls to fuck and probably give gonorrhea to.
