1. to denounce the merits of using a conventional bus to get from Boston's Chinatown to New York City's Chinatown for the sake of economic efficiency.

Randy did not feel inclined to see his friends in New York, as he was without car and steady income for a bus service. His friend exclaims, "Fung Wah, nigger!" as if Randy were oblivious to the obvious answer to his financial woe.
