A measurement of time. A "grip" is a significant amount of time to pass while waiting for something. It is relative to the standard wait, so if you had to wait longer, you waited a "grip"

(Noun) Grip - the person you're in an intimate relationship with: lover, spouse, side piece, bf/gf, whoever likes to grip onto you.

(Verb) Gripped - When you get some action with said individual.

(Noun) - "I'll catch you later, I'm about to go meet up with my 'grip' real quick."
