The Hebrew meaning of Katrina defines such as a self-conscious individual. Probably about their weight and lack of self hygiene. A person who feels they got the short end of the stick from birth and is going to try and do something about it.
The American origin comes from people who have dated, interacted slept with a Katrina. That definition is someone who is a little on the heavier side at times and has horrible self hygiene.
