POC means "piece of crap"
look at that POC, he looks like a monkey and begs that his life matters (it doesn't)
It means "speed up writing", "hit enter" or simply "I've seen your typing indicator".
Basically, it may be used whenever you see someone's typing indicator (e.g. on Discord) and they don't send the message in a short while (they are are either writing a whole paragraph or are unsure whether to send the message).
