Derogatory word applied to a vehicle used by a guy that wishes he can afford to drive those so-called "small penis vehicles" (vehicles that seemingly are overcompensating for a guy's "under-endowment." Examples include but are not limited to: fancy sports cars, and large trucks such as F350s that are raised with a set of over-sized tires). He may also be likely doing this to make himself feel better about his small penis.
I think it's funny that poor people always dismiss men that drive nice cars by saying they must be compensating... you can apply it to any car - Mercedes? small penis car. Corvette? Small penis. F-350? Small penis... But hey, I'd be insecure if I drove a Corolla too.

Another way of referring to a fragile ego. SPS is not necessarily correlated with penis size; a man with a massive penis can have SPS, and a man with a tiny penis may not have SPS.
Small Penis Syndrome is what insecure people have; they often compare themselves to others way too much, and get angry when they are not the best at something, in the same way that someone might get angry if they don't have the biggest penis. They often overcompensate for their insecurities with big trucks, large houses, massive muscles, and fat bank accounts. This is not to say that people with those things have SPS, but often people with SPS try to attain those things as items of what a 'successful' person looks like.

Term used for people of an envied lifestyle who do not seem to desrve it. Used by jealous little fags with penis size similar to or less than average. This term is always used by the poor, the scrawney, the obese, the ugly, the stupid, the ignorant. Never used by people who respect that the size of theirs is nothing short of monstous- people like that don't need to assume everyone cool is making up for it.
GUY1: That dude has a ferrari.
GUY2: He has small penis syndrome.
