Keep on 9

To Keep on 9 means to be aware at all times without getting distracted.
By telling someone to keep on 9 is usually a threat made by posing gang members to inform you that you are in danger.

person 1 : Aye suuwhoop watchu doin in my area
person 2 : What’s it to you slob

person 1 : Your ass better keep on 9 cause im about to pump you full of lead

A programming phrase referring to the acronym DRY, or "don't repeat yourself," often used to remind programmers to avoid writing repetitive code and to utilize modularity.

Programmer 1: *writes repetitive code*
Programmer 2: Write some functions, man, come on. Keep it dry.

1) Doing what society expects of you; being a proper ciizen; acting properly. Using socially acceptable behavior. Another way to say "walk the straight and narrow path"; being a "proper"citizen; straight laced.

2) The alternate name for "Troublemaker", by Weezer, by dumbasses because they only really listen to the chorus.
