You say "yee yee" when Something is bad ass or your just exited ,or as a war cry Wich is best used at partys or big group hang outs; for example: hey man you Ready to go get hammerd? Other guy: YEE YEE

A) The announcement of a person arriving. Must be spoken in a high pitched voice. (Example Below)
B) An expression of extreme excitement, going dumb, feeling super hyphy or an ethusiastic agreement. Must also be spoken in a loud, high pitched voice. (Example Below)
ex. A) Subject 1: "Isn't Dave supposed to be here by now?"
Subject 2: "Yee!".
Subject 1: "There he is."
ex. B) Subject 1: "Man this party goes."

A more superb and expressive way of saying yes.
Additional E's to Yee creates additional excitement for the current circumstance, leading to more enthusiasm and sometimes breathlessness.
Additional Yee's may be added if your point is not portrayed clear enough.
Changing tones from high to low and low to high while adding additional E's to Yee creates an even more eloquent remark with an elephant-like melody.
Simple Yee:
hey man, you tired this morning?
Ye.
Additional E's Yee:
hey man, you still drunk this morning?
Yeeeeeeeeee
Multiple Yee's:
Lets get a large piece, yee yee yee yee! (add live action for all the wildman calls out there)
Diversified Yee:
