The mandatory day for training your chest, no other muscle groups can be trained on this day. Each new Tuesday is a source of inspiration for gym people, no one has trouble getting motivated for Chest Tuesday. It is the best day of the week, many egos are made and crushed on Chest Tuesday. It is also pleasing to hear because it rhymes so well. Often followed later in the week by Serratus Saturday.
Gordon – “what are you training today?”
Ben – “seriously bro it’s Chest Tuesday!! How could you even ask that question?!”
