A command; variant of shut up in response to someone else's cut down or rude remark.

i.e., "I don't care if she's handicapped, her breath stank!"
Response: "That was busted out, hem it up!"

a sexy job done on juicy hemorrhoids at the peak of their ripeness, usually with the mouth, with or without teeth. Professional hem-jobbers can balance the task of sucking without bursting the hemorrhoid, while the inexperienced unluckily end up with mouths full of blood and feces.

After Forrest finished giving his first hem job, he looked like he had a mouth full of chocolate cherries. What an assbag.

Ass Hem

N) 1 a: The state of an ass after it has been hemmed to remove excessive length. This is a highly desirable type of surgery for a woman who owns an ass that is elongated through either some natural or unnatural phenomenon. These phenomenons might include, but are in no means limited to multiple violent childbirth, a long hard life in the Southern United States, biological damage due to the wanton consumption of overly fatty foods, and long term exposure to an architecture office.
