Lockdown Syndrome

..... the feeling of depression and sadness because there is a mandatory "stay at home" mandate from the government. You cannot do what you would normally do in a normal day because you are not to leave your home, the restaurants are closed for dine-in and social gatherings are prohibited. This was brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic at the end of 2019 and most of 2020. Coined by Edward Veneracion on March 27, 2020, California, USA.

I think I have the "Lockdown Syndrome" , because I am feeling depressed because I cannot go out of my house and do the normal things I like to do nor can I socialize with my friends...

Lockdown Special

โ€œTo pull a Lockdown Specialโ€: The action of undertaking a photograph, video call or conference appearing on-camera as fully clothed and appropriately dressed, despite not wearing appropriate (or any) clothing on the lower body which is out-of-view.

A Lockdown Special may be the act of a company employee appearing on a video meeting as wearing expected business attire, when in fact they are naked from the waist down, unbeknownst to any other meeting attendees.

โ€œJonathan pulled a Lockdown Special yesterday. He stood up to open the window and we all saw more than we hoped for.โ€

lockdown nazi

The kind of person who takes great delight and pleasure in enforcing other people's social distancing or berating them for not fully following the rules. Lockdown Nazi's are often also out and about witnessing said transgressions, often adding to the problem.

Phil witnessed 10 examples of people standing closer than 2m whilst he was out on his walk. He was sure to shout at all of them to remind them how much of a better lockdown nazi he was than them.

LockDown Browser

To think that everything is bulletproof without a single doubt. Lockdown Browser was thought to prevent students from cheating while taking an online test. Powerfully, virtually every individuals who live in the U.S. owns a digital camera. Next, we all can film all the test questions. Although Lockdown browser can be used for Mastering Chemistry, Math Compass, and other shit, IT proudly became gay and manipulate and directed the algorithm to only D2L. To simplify, the term Lockdown Browser can be use for someone who thinks he/she has hope, but his/her hopes always shatter in tragedy.

Emo: I think I'm going to pass Calculus and Spanish with an A. I'm so happy that I'm going to cut my sad long hair.
Balla: Quit being a Lockdown Browser, you failed all your test and expect to pull off an A in those courses? Why don't you get your mom dildo out of your dickhole ya faggot.
Emo (singing): "Cut my wrist and black my eyes."

Lockdown 2.0

An often less draconian or more relaxed house confinement for residents of some cities or counties, or for the entire country, which may last a few weeks or even months in the aftermath of an increasing infection or mortality rate in the population.

A number of dictatorial or weak regimes are leveraging on Lockdown 2.0 to postpone the general election on the excuse that holding one during the pandemic crisis would unavoidably lead to more infections and deaths.
