That time when the drinks take over you and you are GONE. Usually we say that someone is peaced out when they are no longer responsive.

1. People get bored of war so they call for a ceasefire, or sign a treaty.
2. People use peace signs as finger scissors .

This is usually told to an annoying or uptight friend or relative who needs to learn to relax or is giving you a hard time for no apparent reason
