Absolute waste of life. Manfiestation of all that is the ivory-tower intellectual. It may be named policy debate, but the argumentation contributes nothing to any policy in the real world.

A type of debate that you love to hate. You will complain about it because it is a longer, more prepped, and harder. The only good that comes from this debate is that little high you get when you win a round, just to figure out the judge didn't let you win because the other team were wearing matching cloths.

Any policy amending section 210 of PURPA and requiring Utilities to net meter from renewable energy sources (preferably biomass and solar) at the retail purchase rate.
Farmers like the new energy policy because it allows them to make money by inputting power into the grid.
