The puff is a phrase referring to a large obnoxiously puffy jacket that a person and/ or friend wears. When you see them in their puffy jacket you must say, "It's the puff", or "hey puff!"

1. A game in which everyone in a circle passes a spliff, bong or other smokeage. Everyone puts five on it. Each time you take a hit you say "puff puff pass." If you fail to say it, cough or pass out, you're out of the rotation. The last person holding the smokeage keeps all the money.
2. A reminder that someone is holding and should pass.

A game in which a joint is made then passed around in a circle of people everytime a person takes a smoke of the joint they must say "Puff puff pass" if they fail to say this or get knocked out or cough while saying it that person is eliminated. You keep going around intill the last person is standing therefore they get the "pot" It cost $5 to enter a puff puff pass game.
