When a person wants something to happen so they phrase it as a joke or impossibility. Typically used to convince drunken friends into doing foolish things.
A: Boy it would be hilarious if someone jumped off the roof, but no one would be brave enough to do it.

It's chemical formula is H(SrCaSm) and is the substance that stimulates witty comebacks, ironic replies, in other words: sarcasm. It can only be handled in small amounts as it has a pH of 0. If someone is overly sarcastic it can appear as an off-white cloud around a person's head.
"Who's the guy with the cloud around his head?"
"Oh, that's Mike. He has excessive amounts of sarcastic acid, it's genetic"
