A spliff (cigarette containing a mix of two or more herbs; usually tobacco and marijuana). Usually refers to one containing at least tobacco and synthetic cannabis (K2/Spice/etc), with the possibility of also containing marijuana.
Me: "Hey, keen for another bong of K2?"
Friend: "Nah, but I'll smoke a rick."

A cocky guy who stands like a tool, usually stemming from excessive drinking or boosting of ego. It presents with a nonchalant stance, hat/glasses included, boldly displaying his muscular physique. Little is he aware that he is blinding all those around him with his reflective white skin, which prevents them from seeing lack of said muscles. This guy will also puke on your balcony and beside your bed.
"Look at that kid standing next to the pool, who stands like that? Seriously!"
"Definitely a Rick, what a tool."

1. a childlike man who sometimes pulls temper-tantrums and has a vast collection of the same tee-shirt and likes to wear shorts that go below his knee with socks that touch the knee.
2. a spoiled man who who was raised by a "June Cleaver" type mom.
3. never let a pie smoke in the over or Rick will crawl out of his skin.
4. Rick can usually be found in a conga line with a Hawaiin shirt on, stirring it up or winning the limbo contest on most cruise ships.
