British slang for someone typically a male, who is suspected of materbating too much.

A word used to describe an unsavory, contemptible person. Can also refer to the temporary actions of someone. Tosser is much the same as wanker but doesn't necessarily have to refer to the literal meaning of one who masturbates. Similar but more of a cousin to asshole.
"I hope Vicktor doesn't come tonight, he is a right tosser when he drinks"
"You look a tosser in those leather trousers, Craig"
(also tosserised) vb. - damaged or destroyed by tossers.
exmpl. "This computer's been completely tosserized."
Can also mean someone who 'loves themselves' too much, such as being too vain or having high regard for oneself.
