It's basically the opposite of a wifi hotspot, but it's not like your living without wifi or your in Amish country. Once you try to load a video or anything somewhat important it buffers than works than buffers than works and on and on and Starbucks is too far away.

literally the worst internet service there is. constant outages and stupid limits are their company motto. if you want to throw away hundreds of dollars and get no help and nothing but shitty service, this is the service for you.

He'll go to McD's just for the free wifi, what a "wifi ho"! You can see him at every free wifi outlet in the city.

The point at which your WiFi signal is total crap but your cell phone refuses to switch over to using cellular data and your connection is useless, e.g., browser is stuck spinning, app is not responsive and won’t load new content.
Jane: Hey Jack, check out this photo I just posted on Instagram.

"WiFi Frog" refers to those people who jump in and out of Wi-Fi range, thus causing different kinds of nuisances like continuous "(User) logged in" "(User) logged out" messages from your chat client, etc...

Someone with horrible wifi, far more worse than McDonald's Wi-Fi. Someone with Asian wifi will usually be right near the wifi box, or just in the same room with it.
