1) Un-mommied is an adjective which basically mean that your mom is done parenting you.
2) I jokingly said to my friend that she's been un-mommied when her mom cooked and ate by herself, and did not leave any for her.
3) The term pertains more to millennials and Gen Zs who are living with their parents, but their parents are done, fed-up, or just became indifferent of their situations.

1) "I'm so hungry but my mom only cooked for herself and ate alone." You've been un-mommied!
2) "There's no food in the fridge. My mom doesn't buy groceries often." You've been un-mommied!
