Fatty Taint Syndrome, or FTS, is an age related condition which causes the taint to become chaffed and irritated due to physical exertion. FTS shouldn’t be confused with Drooping Balls Syndrome, or DPS, which is caused from the gravitational effect on the scrotum and testicles of aging men, and results in painful episodes of sitting on one’s own balls.
My friend volunteered to referee some basketball games for the Special Olympics and had to be assisted to his car due to extreme pain in his taint. Upon close examination by his Fantasy Football team doctor from the League of Idiots, he was quickly diagnosed with Fatty Taint Syndrome. It sucks getting old with a fatty taint.
Tim fatty Angerton is a holiday that was invented in 2000, it is celebrated on the 28th of December. what you do is you invite your friends and family you eat nothing but appetizers or finger foods your drink beer listen to music and play multiple types of games. no, not video games or anything on your phone/ electronics , you play card games and bored games, you can play what ever game you may want to play, to keep it exciting every year there is a different theme. depending on what your family and friends pick, depending on who went with the theme each and one of the gets to pick a game they desire to play. (themes are not always you can do it once in a while)!

Not just a knob-head, but a fat one at that. This type of person can be identified by loud, agressive behaviour in public, aswell general selfishness and disregard towards others.
Said term would also be used against a large fellow the user took an imediate disliking to.

Guy 1: Fatty Knob-head over there is looking at me funny.
Guy 2: Thats because you've got aids and smell of shit...
Guy 1: Yeah but still, he shouldnt make it so obvious.
EXAMPLE 2
Guy 1: That knob-head over there just bumped into causing me to spill this refreshing alcholic beverage, I will now have to ask him to apologise before finding myself another form of chilled mind-altering liquid.
Guy 2: He is quite a large unit though Eddie, I would aproach with extreme caution and without the intention of starting a comotion...
