Ship

Not just a keel, hull, and sails, but freedom.

"Wherever we want to go, we go. That's what a ship is, you know. It's not just a keel and a hull and sails; that's what a ship needs. Not what a ship is. What the Black Pearl really is, freedom." -Jack Sparrow

A large sea fairing vessel in which transports cargo or civilians across vast oceans. This should never be referred to as a boat, anyone who calls it a boat is a filthy land lubber
