This phrase is used to explain mayhem, anarchy, rage, panic, disorder or all hell braking loose, which appears to occur for no apparent reason.
It can also be used by a person addressing someone who has caused them displeasure, usually followed up by some act of revenge or simply said in anger.
When addressing someone who has offended you "This is what happens when you feed a goat scrambled eggs.”...the protagonist would threaten, physically attack, follow up with an insult, or taking revenge like keying their foes car

Simply the act of a quarterback throwing the football to his favorite wide receiver on the football field. In times of need during a big game any quarterback will be looking to #FeedTheSquirrel. Fans love to see the squirrel get fed!

A Die-Feed is what is used to describe the hunger you get after a night out drinking with Family/friends in the local pub/bar. A typical Die-Feed consists of a kabab, pizza or chips/fries.
Ordering a Chinese takeaway as a Die-Feed is considered unholy but if eaten without vomiting, said person gains legendary status among his peers.
I’m going for the Die-Feed, anyone else coming?
