The Epitome of the Idle, Cock Sure Useless Manager's within the IT Industry. Abilties include a total lack of knowledge of the architecture they are supporting, sitting comfortably with a high degree of arrogance and total lack of respect for the people actually doing the required work. Recognizable by the total lack of any pro-active abilties, often identifiable by the fact they only appear when an issue occurs for the customer they look after, and thereafter show the "Follow the Ball" syndrome until some poor bastard end up with the thankless task of sorting out the problem. They will then set up camp behind said person, haranguing the person with inane stupid questions until
a) Problem is resolved
b) Resolver cannot take anymore and guns down entire office with a AK 47 .

De Facto- means "in effect" or "in practice"
Relationship- A "romantic" connection between two people
A De Facto Relationship is when two people are essentially dating but they haven't made it "official" and claim that they are not an item when asked by other people. De Facto Couples engage in all of the activities that a normal couple would, such as constantly hanging out with each other and hooking up on a regular basis (usually, but not always, while intoxicated). Such relationships do not often endure for over a month because, by that time, they have either dissolved or have been made official. The De Facto is somewhat common in American high schools.
The De Facto Relationship is not to confused with a short lived relationship that is purely physical. This would most often be labeled as Fuck Buddies.
It is also not to be confused with a relationship that involves the dub group De Facto (however rad that may be).

A relationship between two men that is both extremely manly (revolves around sports, talking about women, eating, quoting bad movies) but also extremely gay considering their comfort level with each other. Just like the movie Top Gun. Really manly and really gay at the same time.

An on-again, off-again relationship between two people that are dating. This on-again/off-again pattern of behavior is very similar to the “Game on!” “Game off!” nature of a street hockey match. The couple will break up for usually very trivial/minor reasons and get back together numerous times. During this process they normally make sure to tell all of their friends and anyone else who will listen every step of the way to the point of being extremely annoying and insufferable.
