This is a racial slur, because it associates individual personalities and traits with a skin color.
It is both positive and negative:
(1) Adaptive: flexible, able to switch to a different strategy in a new environment.
(2) Gaussian: (named after Carl Friedrich Gauss, a mathematician) vaguely implies above-average mathematical abilities or intelligence.
(3) Noise: (pejorative) nuisance, something to be ignored. A neutral synonym would be "dissenting opinion". However, in some social settings, being a dissenting voice imparts a sense of snobbishness.
Not to be confused with Additive White Gaussian Noise (AWGN), which is a mathematical concept deeply rooted in digital signal processing and probability theory. The correct interpretation of the four words of AWGN are:
(1) Additive (not to be misspelled addictive) means addition (the sum of two numbers).
(2) White means (i) consisting of all frequencies (ii) uncorrelated. This meaning stems from the physical phenomemon that a white light is formed from a mixture of monochromatic lights of various frequencies.
(3) Gaussian refers to the Gaussian Distribution, also known as a Normal Distribution, a concept in probability.
As used in bumper stickers, tshirt. Misuse of "Adaptive White Gaussian Noise" may result in disciplinary actions from school.

An ugly combination of colors that in most sports is reserved for officials/referees. A team wearing this combination will never, as Jerry Rice once said, "look good, feel good, {and/or} play good." This phenomena usually results from a poor team decision making process during which the team tries to be democratic. However, in reality, said decision making process ends up being a group of tasteless undergrads with no sense of style arguing about fabrics, designs, and colors.
ESN wore white shorts with black jerseys at nationals. It looked like shit.

A stereotypical white girl, is a girl who is perfect, sassy, rude, dumb, and a brat. Or that’s what people think. A white girl is really a girl struggling to fit in with a giant label a blond written on her head. A white girl try’s to be good at things and works hard to earn the love of those around her. This girl may seem spoiled, but not everything is what it seems. This girl may have a tough life of expectation and perfection expected, she may be scolded about her beliefs and her choices. She may be rich, but she is as broke as anyone else. This girl may be going through something nobody knows about but when you see her, you’ll see a happy, perfect girl with everything hidden with a single smile.
I know a blond, white girl, with the expectation for perfection by her whole family. But she learned how to hide it all through her fake smile. She is expected to be a Stereotypical White girl.
