The word "boof" is a combination of boo and oof. It can be used to describe something that is oof worthy, but scary at the same time.
"I heard your brother is in the hospital, boof"
1. It means when a large event has/will/will later take/taken place.
2. Its said after someone does a big win
Guy 1: "Bro after the sleepover, we gonna head to the mall and watch sonic 2... IN A PRIVATE MOVIE THEATER"
Guy 2: "BOOF MOTHAFUCKA!! SNOOCH TO THE MAX!!"

It is mostly the lord of all words.
