"Oofsie daisy" is a phrase that you use to express regret when you're the cause of something that's an oof for someone else.
It's a mixture between an old but iconic phrase "oopsie daisy", and the modern (but equally legendary) phrase, "oof".
"Hey! You didn't call me, I was waiting for you to call me all night!"
