Nothing means "Something that is not there"
But still being SOMETHING even tho it's the NON-EXISTENCE of that "something" -
Think it this way. No - thing = the word has two words, no and thing
which means that is a "nothing thing" like air, we can't see it, nor touch it, because it as itself
is touching US all the time.. It's hard to explain since it sounds like the speaker is trying to avoid that thing by saying noTHING the word itself says it..
Otherwise we'd say "Yesthing" to say that there IS something that also exists...
If nothing actually existed we'd be everything on our own still being nothing
Even tho we can live, just because we live doesn't mean we're alive.
Think about it.
Basically, --when we say nothing-- (when we don't say anything)
we're actually saying something.. you know what is it?
Yes, you guessed it, nothing.
Wrong way: Nah dude I don't like anything/nothing .
Correct way: Nah dude I LIKE nothing.
Be yourself.
My cousin.
*me in an argument with my cousin about bromo* Her: “I’ve never heard of that.” Me: “It’s a thing, unlike you, your nothing.”
a word that one says when asked what is "wrong"; usually implies that something is in fact "wrong" but that the person does not wish to share this information with the person asking
Jason: What's wrong, Tasha?
Tasha (on her period): Oh, nothing.
I WILL GIVE UP NOTHING UNTIL I RECEIVE EVERYTHING!
Hym "I WILL GIVE UP NOTHING! EVER! 0 THINGS!"
Nnnnnope. I don’t have anything. And after I was accused of plagiarism I used my own idea which were roundly stolen. Because they are better. Mine are better. And that’s why you’re doing this. You thought I needed to steal from you because I didn’t have my own ideas. My ideas were better. Are you winning now? You weren’t before I started. You weren’t AFTER HE started.
Hym “You are withholding from me the thing that would have earned you my loyalty. And I never received any credit for your bullshit. Nor did I want it. Did you take credit for mine? Huh? Did you do a thing that I did not? Seems to be the case. And that’s not nothing.”
