Also a healthy diet, excercise and thinking about other people/things and not yourself helps greatly. Another thing that helps if you practice it is observing your feelings and not engaging with them.

A terrible show that loosely regards technology. For the most part it is just new Kevin thinking he's funny and the others getting a pay check. It replaced the Screensavers and their hosts other than Sara.

1. When lacking swagger due to recent events i.e layoffs, breakups, dry-spells, financial distress and lack of confidence. Can also be caused by lengthy time in between haircuts, empty tanks of gas etc.
