a combination of 6 rules that form the act of throwing a Frisbee from one person to another making your day successful and you very happy.
RULE 1- you must be "sick"(the cool kind) to throw the friz*.
RULE 2- you must have FUN(watch SpongeBob to understand the meaning) while throwing the friz.
RULE 3- NO texting while throwing the friz. except if a parent calls/texts you. then you may answer.
RULE 4- don't piss anyone off
RULE 5- don't try throws you can't do, you may loose the friz.
RULE 6- don't loose the friz!

*a friz- a Frisbee
