commonly, when trying to buy ecstasy pills, a drug user will get "meth bombs" - rather than being pure MDMA, MDA, or related desirable amphetamines, meth bombs are laced with more dangerous drugs - often methamphetamines, as the name suggests. Taking a meth bomb will result in a lousy roll (or ecstasy "high"), a meth high, tweaking, or death.
Using a testing kit for ecstasy, a health-conscious roller will test pills before (s)he uses them, in the interest of avoiding ingesting meth bombs, speed, and poisons.

A plastic bottle that serves to contain human waste products, and that, through long exposure to intense sunlight, has swelled with vaporized liquids, particularly ammonia from the urine. Once a Trucker Bomb is driven over with a lawn mower or maintainence machine, the bomb "detonates", leaving the the operator and the machine covered in (usually hot) human waste products.
Make sure to load the roadway ditch full of trucker bombs before the county maintenance boys come through with their mower equipment.

The act of giving someone or something a bunch of overly negative reviews using a multitude of alternate accounts in order to artificially decrease their rating out of spite. It's a dick move, but there are VERY RARE occasions where it is justified.
"My friend is quite possibly the most spiteful person ever. When he was in college, he once had an extremely awful professor who made his life a living hell. So, when he finally transferred, he got curious and found that the professor had a surprisingly good rating. Outraged, he made hundreds of alts and started review bombing the professor until the description was filled to the brim with negative reviews; the professor's rating was reduced to just one star. I said to my friend, "God damn. Thanks for letting me know not to get on your bad side!" And he just nodded."

On Newgrounds - to rate a flash or audio piece 0/5 for the sole purpose of bringing down the rating of that piece of work, for the sole purpose of annoying the author.
Elsewhere - to rate a piece of work the lowest possible grade for the same purpose. (Also called 1-bomb where the lowest rating is 1, but not commonly used outside of Newgrounds.)
Considered a form of spam.
