Most likely the group of kids at your school who yell the word 'Gritch' all day and sing dumbass songs with the word 'Gritch' in it. Pronounce 'Gritch' 'gr-EECH' like 'gr' from 'great' and 'EECH' from 'leech'.

A person who is very much into taking the recreational drug Acid (LSD = Lysergic acid diethylamide) to the point where it begins to affect his or her psychological balance. Or such a person who used to take large amounts or take the drug frequently enough in the past to have induced various mental health problems such a schizophrenia or a more general psychosis.

Similar to a Wannabe Indian, a Feather Freak is a douche that feigns and claims American Indian heritage (typically Cherokee or Blackfoot); festoons their home with Native American swag and counterfeit Navajo rugs and other trinkets; and revels in everything Native American related.
This goddamn American Indian trade show is brimming with blond-hair, blue-eyed feather freaks in chokers.
You can spot a feather freak by their howling wolf T-shirt and dream catcher dangling from their rear-view mirror.
