Mass Stabbing

Since the news freaks won't do it... I WILL!

Hym "There was a mass stabbing recently. 10 people injured. I haven't really been following it since it happened... Buuuut... NEITHER HAVE THE INTERNET NEWS FREAKS! That's weird isn't it? A little strange, you think? Why aren't the news freaks covering it? Well, they don't want to ban knifes, do they? They can't uses the story as evidence for the validity or necessity of their brand politics! So why would they report on it? I don't know what the final death toll is but you don't need me for that. You can just google it. But it's important to remember (when committing a mass stabbing) to use a serrated knife. As it makes the lacerations harder to stitch back together. Using the proper tool is important to maximizing your kill potential."

Lean Mass Hyper-Responder

The term "lean mass hyper-responder" was coined by software engineer David Feldman on July 3, 2017 while posting in his low-carb diet blog: "Cholesterol Code." The blog post called "Are you a Lean Mass Hyper-responder?" quickly circulated through the low-carb community.

As background, the original term "hyper-responder" was already used by dietary professionals for years prior to Feldman's blog post. And in dietary literature, a "hyper-responder" is someone who adopts a low-carb diet, then experiences dramatic cholesterol elevation. So when Feldman wrote his 2017 blog article, he co-opted "hyper-responder," and crafted his new term "lean mass hyper-responder" to describe what he believes is a metabolically unique sub-set of all hyper-responders. Specifically, some hyper-responders begin a low-carb diet while already in possession of a very lean body mass. And yet in spite of this, they still --quite counter-intuitively-- respond with extreme cholesterol elevation. Additionally, these subjects experience a marked decrease in triglycerides, while exhibiting excellent metabolic health. The entire phenomenon defied a long-standing metabolic theory called "The Lipid Energy Model," presenting a scientific conundrum for Feldman.

Feldman believed that all this was a significant observation worth exploring. And his efforts eventually led to a 2023 research project called "The Lean Mass Hyper-Responder Study" led by Dr. Matthew Budoff and Dr. Nicholas Norwitz at Lundquist, UCLA.

IN A SENTENCE: "Steve has always been a tall, skinny, beanpole of a guy. And then when he went on the carnivore diet, he was still skinny, but his cholesterol went through the roof. His doc said that overall he's pretty healthy, so he might just be a lean mass hyper-responder."

mass-conscientiousness

Mass-Conscientiousness is an ideal and phrase created and authored October 15, 2011 by Tirzah Michele Fujii. It is defined by Tirzah Michele Fujii, as the idea that mankind is evolving towards a state of truth, virtue, and conscientiousness on a mass scale of consciousness. This ideology and phrase based on love and compassion, is that mass consciousness is in the process of evolving to or, becoming "Mass-Conscientiousness". Also, the slogan and phrase promotes caring for other people, plants, animals, and the earth as we care for ourselves. This idea provides that each individual reacts collectively in one's intentions and actions. One will protect the interest of the whole society, and sacrifice itself, as long as it does not endanger or harm one's individual self in the process. "Mass-Conscientiousness" is in contrast to the animal survivalist drive and impulse to sacrifice others for our own personal gain: economically, spiritually, physically, and commercially, by exploiting or sacrificing another individual's well-being at some level. The ideology, that n order for a governmental and societal system to have integrity and for it to be able to last, it must be built upon the principles of a virtuous conscience, rather than deceit and exploitation.

Mass-conscientiousness

1) Choosing not to charge very high interest on a loan, even if you can due to not wanting to cripple someone financially for your own gain.

2) Choosing not to talk about someone behind their back when they are defenseless

3) Eating vegetables and a vegetable protein-based instead of limiting or abstaining from the consumption of animals who were murdered for your meal

4) Not exploiting someone's ignorance for financial gain. As in, lying to a girl who knows nothing about her car in order to overcharge her for services he/she does not need

5) Choosing a different form of energy that does not ruin the lives of millions of people and the planet earth. Placing the life force and well-being of others over for financial and personal gain.

6) Enjoying the success of others, rather than hating them for it.

7) Going out of your way to help someone if you are able, even if it is an inconvenience to yourself.

8) Not stealing the identity, ideas, projects, or intellectual property of another(especially under the guise of trust) and making it your own when it did not originate from yourself, for some kind of personal gain at the expense of the original creator.
