To have a baby on someone means to have a child with someone other than your partner that you didn’t acknowledge them about. If your partner didn’t know when you did then you had a baby on them because you didn’t tell them.
“He had a baby on me!”
“He had a daughter that’s older than our son that I didn’t know about.”

When someone tells you this on a fucking Thursday. It's not even Friday to wish this yet. This is the same person that will ask you how was your last weekend on a Wednesday or Thursday.
Neil: Hi Bob. How was your weekend?
Bob: It was great but you're now asking me this on Thursday??
Neil: Well, have a nice weekend!!

Basically a slang way of saying have a shit or just telling someone to be like charlie
"Turn the PS4 off" to which I would reply " have a steamy one". Or , " don't be a steamy one like charlie l".

When someone lets a number of people over to their house to drink and participate in activities which usually take place at a party, but now at a lesser scale. One might tell someone else that someone is "just having kids over" in order to deter random or unwelcome people from attempting to party at this persons home.
CJ: Yooo Nick what are you up to tonight?
Nick: Oh whatup, I'm at Steve's
CJ: Oh shit, he's havn a party?
Nick: Nahh, he's just having kids over.
